This Month's Challenge: Birds

This month you are invited to paint birds of any kind, color, or size. They may be perched or parched or resting or nesting or flying away. If you have ever wanted to paint some of the colorful birds found around the world, this is your chance. Go for it! Enjoy! Paintings are due by March 25th and should be sent to the new email address: CentralPaPastelSociety@gmail.com to make it easier for both Anna and Stephanie to access your paintings for the website and the Facebook page. Also, the quarterly drawing is this month and the winner will be announced in the April Newsletter.

How it Works

Submit a painting related to the month's theme by sending it to Anna and Stephanie at CentralPaPastelSociety@gmail.com for posting on our website and social media pages.

The deadline for each month is the 25th.

You will receive one point for each month you participate.

A prize drawing will be held every 3 months (March 20, June 20, September 20, December 20). One point equals one ticket in the drawing, so the more you participate, the better your odds are for winning! Points reset at the beginning of each quarter.

On December 20, two drawings will be held: the quarterly prize and the final drawing. For the final drawing, you will get one ticket for every point you earned throughout the year.

Prizes

The prize for each quarter is a 20 piece Susan Nicholas Gephart pastel set from the Richeson Co.

The prize for the final drawing is a $100.00 gift certificate from Rochester Art Supply.
